The room was pretty good, clean enough. The guy who checked us in wasn’t happy to be at work and said he was just “here.” I get it, but maybe don’t say that to guests because it kind of puts your energy on someone else. We were there to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. The service in the brewery and restaurant were great. But, the food in the restaurant was not good. The meat tasted rancid (we shared a steak) and actually both my husband and I had stomach issues the last 24hrs. Our waitress was really trying hard, so didn’t make sense to spoil her night by saying the food was bad. Kudos to her for friendliness. The menu could use a few more options too. Overall, we had a good time.

Very Good, didn't really got there to experience their Golf and Spa options, but will next time - family, business visit. Breakfast service was good and timely, but sometimes had a hard time getting the orders completely correct.

Beautiful area near the golf course. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I used the work out facility and it was well equipped for a basic workout. Really enjoyed the coffees shop downstairs. The facility is a bit dated but in good condition.

Very disappointing. Stayed here 3 months ago, brilliant. This time we were changed rooms 3 times in the 1st night. 1st room dirty, boogies, and pubes in bed sheets and on the bathroom walls and bath tub. 2nd room wasn’t what we booked. 3rd room air conditioning was not working until the 3rd day. They came 3 times to fix. I’m sorry to say, but I won’t be staying here again. My partner is from Australia and she was the one who chose the accommodation both times and we have promoted your resort in Australia with friends. Very dissatisfied. Unless you feel the need to call us back to show us that this was a one time bad experience.

The room was fine, clean. Pretty basic room for the price. Takes the shower a loooooong time to heat up. The food is mediocre at best. The bed isn't terribly comfortable and the pillows were paper-thin. Everyone is really nice and the spa is great. I just expect a bit more from a Hilton for the price point.
