Front desk staff was incredibly polite. The room wasn’t bad, just could use a bit of updating here and there. Overall, would stay again.

No hot breakfast like before. Blaming covid. No room cleaning. COVID-19 again. Rugs throughout dirty. Parking lot had potholes and cracks everywhere.
Love the Hyatt House Chain, but this site is not up to the stander the other stays in this chain have offered. The room is worn down. It's not as clean as it should be when you arrive (giving Covid cleaning policy). Not all the TV channels worked. There were a few outlets that also didn't work.

The room size, the amenities within the room. Honestly the only hotel I’ve ever had that came with full fridge, full stove and the works. Can’t beat it for the price honestly. That’s why we keep coming back here when the areas packed full of options. There’s non better to choose than here.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was so friendly & welcoming. The hotel is clean & well-kept. The amenities are great: full breakfast, kitchen, separate bedroom & living area. It was just my spouse & I, but we'd gladly stay again with the family. It would be perfect for a family trip. Location was also great, close to groceries, restaurants, etc.
Arrived early and was able to check in. Staff is friendly. Rooms are larger than most hotels with kitchen and separate sleeping rooms. King suite. Did not experience their free breakfast. Close to downtown Denver 15-20min. Freeway access 2 min.
