The unit was great and clean and welcomed our 2 small dogs. However, the town of Golden had a severe power outage and we could no longer stay in the unit. We checked out early. Otherwise, it would have been a great place to stay since it's so close to COSM.

Love the rooftop patio, great place for stargazing late or morning coffee. We had a quick two night stay at Stefan’s place and it was perfect to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and the creek. Mountain biking trails not far from the house made it easy to head there out the door. Thanks Stefan for a great stay.

Nice property close to downtown. We enjoyed the rooftop deck as well. The parking garage space is a bit difficult to maneuver and the alternative parking is on a pretty busy street, but overall a great place.

We loved this property. The location was perfect. A quick walk to fun, downtown Golden. We didn't do much cooking but there was plenty of kitchen items if we had decided to. The beds were very comfortable. We found the place to be spic and span when we arrived. We love going up on the roof deck to see the sunset in the evenings. The views from up there are just stunning. Great place.

Perfect home base for walkers

We found the perfect walkable home base for our short vacation and red rocks concert. Short drive to do many activities and walkable to countless shops, restaurants and pubs. The three story layout works great for privacy and comfort. Very nicely appointed kitchen, just a few minor issues with loose bathroom fixtures and lack of low table at the couch. Otherwise, these accommodations were absolutely perfect for an active group. Hosts communicated well and were very helpful, good recommendations. Very happy with our stay and would love to return for our next concert!!

Great stay in Golden

This is a very well located, well furnished, comfortable unit in Golden. Easy walk to everything in downtown with easy access to everything else. Beautiful rooftop patio with 365• views. Would definitely stay again.

Walkable location

I was there for the graduation at Mines. The weather cooperated enough that made this location easily walkable to campus and all of downtown Golden. They had an accessible garage if you come in a car. We used it a few times with my sons vehicle. Everything was super clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Excellent location

Son at Mines and short walk downtown, to campus and hike up South Table Mountain all from unit. Unit as described. Couple comments, parking in garage is very tight if you have a large vehicle, which we did. Furniture in unit is very sparse. Beds were comfortable and rooftop views were excellent.

Great stay in Golden

We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and really enjoyed the place. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening. Parking was easy and checking in and out was seamless. Thanks for an excellent stay!
