After a call to the front desk about a shuttle service from the airport, I followed there directions and boarded the proper shuttle only to be kicked off at a different hotel. I tried to talk with the driver who told me no he will not go to that property and this is his last stop to get off the bus after a $15 Uber ride to the proper hotel the hotel seem to be in decent shape and no complaints there however when ready to go back to the airport i discovered it was an eight dollar charge for the shuttle. It does not say that on their website however I did pay and when the shuttle arrived in the morning, there was no seats for myself. They had overbooked the shuttle. If you’re banking on the shuttle service here I would look elsewhere.

Breakfast was sparse. Muffins, instant oatmeal, yogurt and prepackaged hard boiled eggs. Hotel was new so rooms were very nice. Fridge, 2 burner stove but nothing to cook with or eat on. Wish it was better but would stay again.

We thought the place was ok, but it took a long time to check in, then the next morning I went to take a shower and while waiting at least 10 minutes for the water to get hot, I looked for the blow-dryer, only to find out there wasn't one. Had to look up the number to the front desk, as there wasn't a link on the phone, in the room, and they told me I had to get it at the front desk. I asked if he could bring it to my room, and he did, but what a hassle. Wouldn't stay there again.

The staff seemed nice, but the shuttle was a complete mess, had to stand around in the cold at DIA for like 45 minutes at 11 PM and then get dropped off last and still get charged $7.50 for the privilege. They pretend like they know what the schedule is, but it's completely unpredictable and you just have to stand there until the shuttle feels like showing up. Next time, would just take an Uber and factor that into the price.

Nice quiet place to stay, and the price was worth every penny. I will always choose to stay on Tower Rd when in Denver, it sure beats having to pay for parking and its safer out there.
