Thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character, the home features cozy, comfortable beds (brand-new King and Double), inviting living spaces with ample seating, a big-screen Smart TV, electric fireplace, and brand-new central AC—perfect for unwinding after a full day. High-speed Xfinity internet is included.

The walkout basement offers a private retreat with its own bedroom, ¾ bath, living area, and kitchenette—ideal for friends traveling together or guests who appreciate extra space and privacy.

Outside, the backyard feels like a peaceful sanctuary. Just beyond the fence, a gently trickling brook winds through mature trees, attracting birds and creating a calming natural backdrop. The back deck features relaxing views, a gas fire pit table, and an awning for shade—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

This is a strictly pet-free property. No pets are allowed at any time—including visiting pets or pets left in vehicles on or near the property.

This house was so comfortable and well-stocked for a long stay. Laura was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. We loved the back yard deck with furniture and an awning. It was a great place to hang out, relax and observe nature. The location was great too, with easy access to C-470, Wadsworth and downtown Littleton. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were nearby. Fabulous stay - highly recommend.
