This is my home that I rent out when I travel. 2500 sq' house in a lovely, safe, planned 330 home community with pool, tennis/pickleball courts, walking paths, playgrounds and greenbelts. Upscale home is 12 min walk to light rail and 5 min to bus routes. Restaurants and markets are all around. 25 min to airport, 25 min to downtown, 20 min to Cherry Creek shopping/nightlife area. Also Cherry Creek State Park, CC Trail, and Highline Canal trail are 5 min way. (License # 200409). 5 minutes to I-225.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and a perfect fit for the five of us. The house was well maintained, we enjoyed the spacious rooms. The decor was lovely. The outside areas were also beautiful and we enjoyed being outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house

This house was good for our recent trip for our granddaughters high school graduation. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable. Needed more dishes especially coffee cups (could only find two). All in all a nice place to stay.
