Holiday villa 500m from the beach El Retiro KS

This beautiful villa very close to the beach has a garage, garden and private swimming pool, and has a capacity for 4 people.

The cosy accommodation is distributed over 60 m2 and is composed of an open-plan Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, as well as Wifi and Satellite TV in the living room.

Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room and kitchen area, the latter equipped with all kinds of amenities. Fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

From the living room and dining room, glass doors open to the garden and pool area, all properly furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the place. It also has a barbecue.

Both bedrooms have two 90cm beds and the bathroom has been recently renovated.

It is located 450 m from the "Mas y Mas" supermarket, 550 m from the "Las Marinas" sandy beach, 1 km from the "Aldi" supermarket, 3 km from the city of Denia,



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Hemos estado la primera semana de agosto, todo muy limpio y fiel a las fotos. La piscina una auténtica gozada con los niños, con sombra además por la mañana para poder desayunar tranquilamente al lado de la piscina. Playa un poco lejos con niños pequeños, pero no para adultos, de todas formas 1min en coche y sin problema aparcamiento. Para repetir.
