Blue Haven Lake House is a tranquil hideaway on beautiful All-Sports Long Lake, offering something for everyone. This cozy 3-bedroom, lakefront retreat blends stunning views, year-round fun, and the relaxing comfort you want in a true getaway.

Lake views from the moment you arrive. As soon as you step inside, floor-to-ceiling windows draw your eyes straight to the water. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee on one of three private decks, spending the day on the lake, watching the sunset from the dock, or winding down by the fire pit, the outdoors becomes part of every moment here. The home sits on a beautifully manicured, gently sloping lot that naturally draws you toward the water. While the terrain limits traditional yard play, outdoor time is best enjoyed on the spacious decks and right at the lakefront, where the views and setting truly shine.

In the summer, spend the day lounging by the water, swimming in crystal-clear water, floating, paddling, or playing on the included lily pad. In the evening, unwind on the upper deck in plush rocking chairs, gather on the middle deck’s full outdoor living and dining setup, or make s’mores by the fire on the lower deck’s Adirondacks. The winter can be just as fun w/ nearby skiing, snow mobiling and other winter activities.

The public boat launch is just a 5-minute drive—bring your boat or lake toys. The home includes two child-sized kayaks, one adult kayak, and a lily pad. Long Lake is a favorite for anglers, known for abundant pike and bass after years as a fish sanctuary. In winter, ice fishing is a local favorite as well.

The home features central heat/AC, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10-12 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 – Upper Level: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Lower Level: Double bed
• Bedroom 3 – Lower Level: Twin bunk beds + double bunk beds -- Top bunks are limited to 125 lbs. total capacity.
• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
• Addt'l Queen Air Mattress available as needed

Inside, you’ll find cozy places to relax, open spaces for gathering, and an updated, fully stocked kitchen overlooking the water. The lower-level area includes an arcade console with Pac-Man and other classic favorites. Additional indoor amenities include two TVs with streaming services, board games and a Nintendo Switch dock.

Perfectly situated between Gun Lake and Gull Lake, you’re just 15 minutes from both of these large all-sports lakes. Quick drive to nearby golfing and Gun Lake Casino. Downtown Hastings is also 15 minutes away—featuring a great brewery, local coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and a summer Farmers Market. There’s even a quaint movie theater for rainy days. Also, just a short drive from Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, South Haven and Saugatuck if you are looking for a nice day trip!

Quiet & Relaxing Getaway (No Parties/Events)
To preserve the peaceful lake environment, parties and events are not permitted at any times. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Additionally, we do not allow any unregistered guests during your stay - The number of guests must match the number listed on the reservation. No exceptions.

Violations of any house policies may result in loss of the damage deposit or additional fees.
