This stay was all about location and views for us, but the house itself was charming and well fit out. We spent most of our time in the back yard gazing over the water at the sailboats, and at the ospreys nesting at the end of the dock. But the house itself was just charming, decorated like a model home, fitted out thoughtfully with everything needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen was amazing, everything was lovely. And Aaron, the host, was wonderful, attentive and easy to communicate with. Also, his sister's restaurant-just a mile away- is fantastic! Great hospitality must run in the family. Wish we could have stayed longer, and will be back.

We had a fabulous stay in Deltaville. The house was everything you could ask for and more. The minute we walked in it felt like home, so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked right down to the brown paper for the counter to crack blue crab on. We so enjoyed sitting outside looking at the river. Our host Aaron was very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions before and during our stay.We will definitely plan on returning the this lovely place.

We stayed for a short week. Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was friendly and helpful with everything, and he replied to any inquiries quickly, which made booking and our stay very easy and pleasant. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We had no needs for anything during our stay, which made it all the more relaxing. We certainly enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful stay at this property. Very clean, decorated with warm and cozy decor. Beautiful views of the river! Well stocked for cooking. Had a great seafood boil and campfire. Would totally stay here again.

Great location. House is clean. The finishes and equipment/utensils are all high-end. The property owner is super responsive and accommodating. The long dock off the back of the property is awesome. We saw plenty of fish, crabs, birds, and porpoises during our stay. If you like crabbing and fishing and sipping wine on the water; stay here!

Gorgeous waterfront home

We had a lovely stay, and it was very close to Fishing Bay Yacht Club, where my daughter was sailing in a regatta. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The views and garden were breathtaking! Highly recommend this property!

Perfect River House

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The house was lovely and clean, and the lawn and dock were perfect for getting some sun and watching the ospreys tend their nest. Aaron greeted us and made us feel welcome and responded to the one or two questions we had during our stay.

Paradise Found

This is the real deal! Aaron’s pics and write-up capture the magic of this waterfront stunner. The house is thoughtfully furnished, and as an interior designer, I appreciate nothing more. The beds are heavenly - more comfortable than my own at home. The house was immaculate and the kitchen fully stocked for cooking full meals. Most of our time was spent outdoors, enjoying the view from the dock. Without a doubt, the hanging dock “bed”was the perfect spot for napping, enjoying a good book, and taking in the sounds and sights on the water. The host truly cared about making our mother/daughter getaway as perfect as possible - he even arranged for perfect weather ;) We will 100% be back.
