The AC in the room was really poor. We couldn't sleep well. It seems that ghey turn it around 4am. And when checking out. They ask us to wait 10-15 minutes to "check the room"...making as feeling like we were thieves. THE NERVES!!

I changed my booking through you from Sheraton to the Met in my 2nd stay in Delhi from 1/29/26 & 2/02/26. I was supposed to pay on arrival which I did. But they already swiped my Amex card firming day as deposit as they got my Amex card no.When I checked out on 1/26/26 for my first stay. I found it out when no I was checking my Amex APP and pointed it out to them. If I didn’t find out, they could have overcharged me already. It was a CHEAT. Also, the front desk managers were arrogant and not helpful, and their room cleaning staff were looking for tips all the time with annoying and unnecessary flatters to please their residents. I won’t come back there again.
