First class hotel about 15 minutes from airport (airport transfer may or may not be free depending on which stay package picked). Staff friendly and helpful. Really filling buffet breakfast with cooked to order eggs and good variety offered, as well as dinner buffet and a la carte. Attached spa and gym.

There is something else I want to bring to your attention. We had booked Novotel for a few hours aa we had flown from Ayodhya and had to catch night flight to Auckland New Zealand via Kuala Lumpur , Check m was fast. After resting then i called guest services to send someone to help with bags. One lady answered the phone it was around 8.45pm. She said okay i am sending someone. 5 min later i called again as no one showed up and we were getting late for the airport as our flight was at 11.10pm. The same lady picked up my second call and said you har just called . Potter will take 10/15 min to come. Because of the harsh tone in her voice hung up. My husband and i got the bags down ourselves and one service staff helped us with the bags. He was a very nice person. Please educate your staff not to talk to guests like that. We pay for them to have a job. If we don’t use your hotel then where will she get her salary from. This was a very bad experience for us.
