1) room furnishing & mirror shows wear and tear along the edges 2) TV channels indicated in the menu is not all available 3) 1 lift has 2 door close indicator on buttons. 1 lift has 2 door open indicator on buttons. Mix up ? 4) service is inconsistent. Restaurant service was very good. Concierge super helpful. Check in desk service was just ok and not very clear in explanation during check in. No introduction to services/breakfast venue. And there was no queue or anyone waiting to be serve. Didnt explain that room charges was already charged to card A while they put a hold on another of my credit card B until I went to ask for help. 5) Food quality was great 6) Heavy renovation right outside room window in the day. extremely loud.

My wife was taking a shower in the barely like warm water on Evening of April 16 on 6 th floor room andcwhhen she was fully soaped the water just stopped . Beware of building works outside hotel

Hotel was lovely and breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately there is building work going on outside the hotel at the moment and there was a constant thumping noise all nice. Even with ear pods in you could still hear it. No sleep during stay.
