Poor Quality Hotel at a Good Location

Location is excellent, just around CP. Staff attitude is extremely poor and casual. Most of the Front office staff were unshaved and informally dressed. Food is extremely costly. Bottle of Kinley Soda Water cost Rs 135/- ! Lights in room were fused and not replaced despite feedback. On Day 1 in room where I stayed the Ac was non functional. This is the First time I booked through Expedia and hopefully it will be the last time.

Needs improvement

Hotel is centrally located. My past experiences were good. However this time, room AC was not working, there was no hot water when I checked in at 10 pm and TV was not working as there was a cable problem. I got the feeling that conditions are deteriorating. Hotel needs to move fast to stem the problems.

If you want ANY sleep- avoid this place

I paid £86 for 2 nights with 20% off inclued. Me and my mum was given a room where I could NOT put my foot down on the floor as that's how dirty it was. We used our in flight socks. Room absolutely stank of damp. Walls had wallpaper pealing off. Table lamp, window blind dirty. BLOOD stain on the bathroom door and door dirty. Can actually see outside through window seal while window is CLOSED! Honestly- AVOID

Worst place to stay

This property should be rated as 2 star or 1 star. Hotel doesn't have room WiFi, Rooms are very small, bathroom are nt clean, they claim 24*7 room service but they didn't serve food after 10 pm. Overall worst experience in this hotel. They charge 4100 for one nite with no service at all. Will not recommend to any of my friends

When we arrived a the hotel at 3am they told us that we weren't allowed to stay there because we were foreigners. They let us stay the night because it was so late, but the day after they wanted to place us in a hotel 10 km away. We cancelled the booking and asked for our money back. We didn't enjoy the experience at all.

Amazing hotel and ideal location!

Being a regular traveller to Delhi, I was happy to get an amazing deal at this hotel. Located right in the heart of Connaught Place one cannot ask for a better location. The staff is very helpful and arranges local transportation as per your requirement. The rooms have a nice cosy feel to it. Would definitely recommend it to all my colleagues at work.

Located in the heart of the city, FabHotel Check-in by Oran is an ideal place to stay for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is at a walking distance from Connaught Place, which opens up numerous options of dining, shopping and entertainment. The hotel rooms have been designed in a modern way.

Worst location, forget about sleeping!

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in....bar none. First off, if you do not have an Indian Govt issued ID they will NOT give you a room (even though they are on Hotels.com for some reason and I paid in USD!). Second , forget about getting any sleep in your room....the hotel is right next to the main train station in New Delhi and the the trains will honk the beejesus out of you....all night long! Third, there is no wi-fi in the rooms contrary to what they say here. Food served through room service was the only saving grace.
