The apartment is located above a retail store and Mexican restaurant. There is a staircase up to apartment. There is public parking on the street. The bathroom offers a walk in shower only, with toilet and sink.

Guest access

Guest have access to a shared washer and dryer in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, cooking/eating utensils and other essentials. There is one queen size bed. A blow up mattress can be available upon request to accommodate more quest.

Comfortable centrally located apartment

The apartment is well-located for adventuring around the San Luis Valley and surrounding mountains, with food and drink options nearby if you don't feel like using the kitchen. I hiked more in 8 weeks than I had in 10 years while staying there and rarely drove more than 30 minutes to the trailhead. Laura & Chad are very responsive to any concerns. I stayed there for an extended period for a clinical rotation at the hospital, and found the apartment to be just what I needed. It's nothing glamorous, but it is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.
