This is Our second stay at this location. Absolutely beautiful. We had deer in the back yard every morning and put out corn for them as well as bird food for the many birds and chipmunks. The house is amazing log construction and nicely furnished. The pool table is very high quality and plays well. VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE STAY.

Side by Side group

Our group of 6 stayed here to off road for a long weekend. This house is perfectly located for the trails we like. the trailer parking is tight but they have made an area at the bottom of the hill, so we just took turns driving up, unloading and then backing down the driveway with the trailers. The house is beautiful, and we had plenty of room. We would stay again!

Good Location

Very nice lace to stay, a little rough around the edges but is to be expected being a VRBO. Perfect location close to Deadwood, the main road, gas station and bar and grill right up the road. If you plan on bringing trailers, there isn't enough room in the driveway for them, you have to park them at the bottom of the hill or across the road. We had a 32 foot enclosed that couldn't even enter the driveway because of such a small entry off the road. The internet was completely unusable our entire stay which was very inconvenient. Being so close to the main road, fiber should be easily accessible. Overall a great place to stay.

Absolutely Majestic.

I rent a house every year in the Black Hills for Myself, My Wife and a few close Friends to go riding. We are all 50 plus years old and I always try to get a place that is spacious, clean and comfortable. Hit the jackpot here. Absolutely beautiful Log home, clean, spacious and well apointed. The pictures dont do it justice. THANK YOU.

Great Property

The property and house was as described. We spent 5 days over new years and many memories were made. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and the beds were super comfortable. The pool table was a highlight with our adult children, then enjoyed playing many games. The large dining room table was also great for board and card games. We also loved having a fireplace. There was some wood provided and a place to purchase additional wood right across from the driveway. It snowed a few days before we arrived and the driveway was plowed, but would recommend if going in the winter to have 4 wheel drive. The property isn't too far off the highway and only about 5 miles outside of Deadwood - great location.

Great Famiky Time

Great place to relax and enjoy lots of time with family. The house was very easy to get to and well supplied for our needs. The kitchen area and large table were great for meals, games and a family craft. Location was peaceful and private.

House was clean and welcoming! Beds were all comfortable which was a plus! Accommodated a large group very well! Snow removal was kept up during our stay! Cell service was poor, but the house had great Wifi. Will gladly stay again!

Many nice features

This cabin had one of the best back yard/fire pit area. It is a nice location, right off Highway 385. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well supplied for cooking onsite. I don’t recall that the ad mentioned it is on open range. We had cattle visiting the yard daily. Another downfall of this cabin is the comfort of their beds. New beds would definitely make this a more desirable place to stay! Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin!

Best VRBO experience we have had yet. great location, backyard was perfect, house was beautiful, all appliances in great shape. We may not get to stay there again as my family is growing, may not be enough room in 5 years, which is too bad!!!
