This was way more beautiful than we expected! Absolutely loved waking up to the Seaview with whale jumping out and having breakfast at the same time! The service was amazing and accommodated all the request we had! I would recommend anyone to stay here! We also felt safe and easy to walk to the coast for a closer view of whales!

The "Right" spot.

Receiption was very nice and accommodating, as we were late arriving and notified the facility ahead of time. The entire house was beautiful and clean. The location is just breath-taking incredible. It is peacefully quiet and right where you would want to be to see the wild life in the ocean. Beautiful gardens all around, cliffs to the ocean and views were incredible. The room was on the second floor with balcony which opened completely to the ocean view. Large bathroom and king size bed with incredible warmer which was needed as you want to open the doors to the ocean but stay comfortably warm in bed. Definitely the spot to watch Right whales during the season.

Fabulous whale watching from your own balcony

We booked the deluxe apartment with our own kitchen & braai on the deck. This was great for us as we like to mix eating out with preparing a meal for ourselves. Breakfast time was particularly great as we could relax at our own pace and watch the whales, very close to the shoreline, while enjoying our cup of tea. A great find and would recommend this small but very comfortable guesthouse. Pictures shown taken from the balcony.

The second we walked in we saw whales from the upper floor terrace. Monica was an absolute superstar and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Fresh flowers in the room, spotless linen and bathroom. A real little Gem. The breakfast was delicious!

What a beautiful place! We had a really, really great time at the Kleinzee. My wife and I had a slight communication issue with the B&B at first because the phone numbers listed on expedia and on Google don't work. Once that was sorted (big thanks to expedia customer service!) everything else was brilliant. The views will be some of the best you'll see in Western Cape, and the staff and on-site manager are some of the kindest people we met on our trip. They gave us great recommendations and served us a wonderful breakfast. The owner's flexibility with us was also much appreciated. Overall, a really wonderful stay and we'd love to stay again in the future!

I was unhappy because nowhere in the details of the property did it state we had to check in by 5 o’clock. My wife and I drove three hours to get to the property only to find it locked up with no phone number to call and no way to contact the manager. The phone number listed through Expedia is the incorrect number. We lost our first day of stay at this location and no effort was made by the owner to rectify it. Also, the owner is not on site. It wasn’t until we read the fine print that it’s stated you must notify the owner if you’re going to be later than five pm. Even if we had found that information the phone number listed was incorrect. If it wasn’t for David at the Saxon Lodge down the road we would’ve been really in trouble. He put us up at his outstanding accommodations.

The view is amazing!! The homes is so warm and welcoming and perfectly decorated. Monica was wonderful and so helpful! We were greeted with several whales on arrival and loved just sitting out on the patio enjoying the ocean waves through our our stay. Will definitely book again

Hidden Gem - Delightful stay

Angel and Linda were fantastic hosts. This was a gem of a find and we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the area, spotted some whales bopping about in the calm waters from the balcony. The rooms were everything we expected, accurate to the photos provided and extremely homely. Angel's breakfast was delicious and the sweetest person we've come across on our trip so far. Hope to be back again soon!

Whale viewing Superb!
