Perfect to get away with family and friends.

The view and location were perfect, has enough space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, towels. Only the game table was not working. There were only small details about cleaning, but everything else was perfect.

Great views! Amazing location!! But house is giving Moble home vibes, ceilings are extremely low on bottom floor. Also, the house is kind of slapstick together. The fire pit outside does not work. The worst part is there was no Internet for our entire stay. They claimed it was because they were working in the area but four days without Internet is a little extreme. The house just lacked general maintenance.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautiful and well kept! We may never have to look for another beach house again. The host was extremely accommodating and kind! Aside from being gorgeous the home was right on the beach! 10/10!!!

Overall location is good. A/C took 4 days to cool the house. No hot water in the downstairs bathroom. Multiple lights out through out the house. Exterior patio was tore up and not described in listing. A/C drainage on side of house is covered in green algae. I would not stay here again for the price of the house.

A large house in a stellar location right on the beach — so convenient and desirable for our family reunion. Ample kitchen and seating. The reconstruction around the front door and walkway was unfortunate. When WiFi & AC broke down, repairs were made the same day.

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the view and location of the house. Everything was clean and plenty of room for us all to spread out. The only downfall is that it was HOT. The AC in the house needs help. It was set on 72 the whole time and would stay at 78 and took until midnight to cool down to even 74. It never really got down to 72 at all. The rooms with mini splits were cool but everywhere else was hot.

Annual Family Vacation

Overall we enjoyed the property - the views were awesome and the access to the beach was great. Everyone from all ages enjoyed the stay and the loaction of the home is in the perfect spot so if you need anything it was a quick ride. Any issues that were had were solved quickly and in a timely manner.

Oceanfront staff retreat

We rented this property for our annual staff retreat. It exceeded our expectations with a patio and steps to the beach. We were beachfront and had a beautiful view from inside house and the spacious patio. We had 20 people and it worked great for us. Plan to visit again int he future.

Beautiful huge house

We had a family reunion and had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals for 14-20 people. The view was spectacular. There’s some external repairs going on but inside the house was impecable. The beds were all nicely decorated and ver comfortable. Will likely try to return every year.

A Slice of Heaven

Great property right on the water for larger groups. The open concept first floor is amazing - guests can hang out together or break up into smaller groups as desired. The game room was very popular as well. Conveniently located, the property is five minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.. While there wasn't much sun during our visit, the views of the ocean were still amazing. Access to the beach was easy as well. Thanks in large part to this property, we had a great time during our visit!

Great home and awesome time. We just misssed the hurricane but our weather was awesome. It's such a fun area and great to be able to put on your trunks and walk the beach or go in for a nice morning wake me up. We did have a plane delay and the host was gracious enough to give us a few more hours at the home as we waited for our flights to get unscrambled. Thank you.

Wedding weekend!

We came to Florida for our daughter’s wedding. We wanted to stay somewhere by the beach for a mini vacation as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and had plenty of room for our family and some friends. We would love to stay there again sometime.

Family reunion

The house was a perfect choice for our family reunion. There were a few minor issues but they were resolved almost immediately. The best location, the best beaches, and the amenities are abundant. The only thing we wish for is direct access to the beach, but we managed. Would definitely return to this house for our next reunion.

Perfection!

The property was exactly as pictured. The beach and location was near perfection. The home was clean and well appointed. We had a great time. The propane tank was empty and they sent someone immediately with a refill. We will be back.

Great family stay!!

There were 15 of us staying at the house for 5days and we loved it! Being on the beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. The house was clean, the managers were in contact with us and very responsive to anything we needed. The house is older but they have done a pretty good job of remodeling and updating. And the decor is super cute. Thank you for such a great stay! It was a very relaxing vacation in much needed warmth!!!

Do not rent the his place is an absolute health hazard and not clean.

The place is a health hazard with mold and roaches. 3 car garage unable to be used for parking due to construction debrey.bathrooms full of mold and also ventilation system full of mold and dirt .observed numerous water damage in ceilings and absolutely not a very pleasant stay.toilets constantly running and all blinds in house show rust which indicates dampness and water inside of house with musty smell. Do not waste your money at this location,you will be disappointed.

Family Birthday Celebration

We rented this property to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th birthday. The inside pictures of the house in the listing are accurate. The beach is gorgeous. The back of the house was a construction site. The deck was in the middle of being replaced, half of it was finished while the other half was bare. This made it uneven and easy to trip. There were also pavers lined up on both sides of the deck. The path down to the beach IS NOT a gentle slope, it is steep, and difficult to navigate up and down. Certainly not easy or safe for an 80 year old. The A/C was also not working, which we unfortunately found out our last night when the temperature outside warmed up. The fire pit is also unusable and unfixable. Although the location is beautiful this house needs many repairs and updates.
