Amazing Oceanfront 3 bed 3 bath Condo

Summary:

Spectacular 10th floor direct ocean front condo! 3 beds, 3 baths, huge balcony, over 2000 square feet of space . Pool and hot tub (Shared association amenities) overlooking the ocean, amazing views of the ocean, the Halifax River, and the Daytona International Speedway. There is a mini-golf course directly across the street. Close to Downtown Daytona Beach and the Boardwalk.



The Space:

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath private condo with over 2,000 square feet of living space plus a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a table and 4 chairs.



Guest Access:

You will receive your codes to enter the building along with the condo a few days prior to arrival in your welcome letter.



The Neighborhood:

Daytona Beach is a lively beach resort community on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Once known for being a Spring Break destination, the area has transformed into more of a family destination.



Getting Around:

There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store that is a five minute walk from the condo (going south on South Atlantic Blvd.). There is also a Publix Super Market that is a 4 minute drive in the same direction as Winn-Dixie.



Other Things to Note:

Daytona Beach is one of the few that allow driving on the beach. Please note that this is very safe for you and your family while sitting on the beach as speed limit is 10mph and strictly enforced and driving lanes enforced. If you would like to drive on the beach while here, the entrance is just a five minute drive north on South Atlantic Blvd.



Want to catch a space shuttle view from NASA? Look up times/days space ships are set to launch and then catch a stunning view right from the private balcony at this condo.



If you are an early morning person, grab your cup of java and enjoy sitting on the balcony and catch the dolphins in the tides nearby as the sun rises.

Our family of 10 just enjoyed a week at Daytona Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and our host was very good about responding to our questions. Aaron (the host) was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is absolutely wonderful with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrises. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is primo. Bring your k-cups for the Keurig.

The condo was exactly as described. There was 10 of us that stayed there ( 6 adults and 4 children) and we were all very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathe taking. After a long day out in the heat it was very enjoyable and relaxing coming back to the condo. Thank you!

Amazing Condo - Let down by the pool

This condo was very nice. However, the listing stated the pool deck MAY be closed, which led me to believe the pool would still be available. The listing showed beautiful pictures of the pool and hot tub. My klds were looking forward partially to the ocean, and primarily to the pool. I found out the pool had been out of service for two years. I think the ad should have read the pool itself is closed and is not expected to be opened until a certain date. I would have booked somewhere else. They are working on it but I have no idea when it will be available. I tired to cut my trip short for a partial refund to get a place with a pool for my kids but the owner would not allow it. I am grateful my family was able to spend valuable time together. We enjoyed the privacy, view and pool table. Ice cream and restaurants are very close.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The condo was perfect, and the beach was amazing. The check in and out process was a breeze. The property was clean and well kept. The view was beautiful. The construction on the pool area was not disturbing and it looks like it will be beautiful when complete. We intend on booking this property again next summer!
