DINING ROOM

This is the first room you will see as you enter the home. Our dining table accommodates 6-8 people. We have an additional dining area that accommodates 3 people located next to the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Our living room space has a very comfortable sitting area perfect to gather around to watch a movie or show on our 75” smart TV that features Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including pots, pans, cutlery, coffeemaker, toaster, air fryer, and various baking utensils, etc…

MASTER BEDROOM
Sleeps 2-3

This bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with a nectar mattress. As well as a smart TV featuring the streaming services mentioned above. Our closet has hangers and an iron for your convenience.

We offer complimentary towels, wash cloths, makeup remover cloth, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, and travel shaving kit.

SECOND BEDROOM
Sleeps 4

This bedroom features a triple bunk bed and smart TV. Bathroom is equipped with all needed necessities like toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
You can find extra blankets and pillows in the closet.

We offer complimentary towels, wash cloths, makeup remover cloth, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, and travel shaving kit.

We ask that the bar room door is closed then the patio door is open. This is to keep bugs from entering the home. Sofa bed included for extra sleeping space.

Feel free to use glassware and bar utensils (please return everything to its proper place after use)
We offer various games including dart game (rules/instructions binder on table)
In the closet you can find multiple card games, board games, and yard games.

PATIO

Outside you can find a comfortable sitting area. A grill, hot tub under a gazebo, a fire pit, a rock speaker and hammock.

MOVIE ROOM/ GAME ROOM

Our home theater features a spacious, comfortable couch that sleeps up to 2 adults or 3 children.
A projector with smart streaming capabilities paired with screen (our projector only works with the built in speakers.) Additional amenities include a pool and ping pong table.
Feel free to pair your phone to our Samsung soundbar.

HONORABLE MENTIONS:

The house has a shiny new look, and some clever tweaks too - we've labeled the light switches so you can avoid the guessing game, and added “Watch your step” warnings and motion lights where the floor decides to get interesting.

Life here comes with a complimentary train rumble every now and then - it's really no big deal, just a slight vibration. Our thick concrete walls keep the noise to a minimum.
