This was a lovely house with a wonderful pool! You do have to cross the street but it was never crowded! The beach almost felt private… never crowded any of the days we were there! We loved breakfast at the Java Joint and dinner at Break Aways! We walked to dinner and then walked a little farther to Sally’s for delicious ice cream!!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a family friendly uncrowded environment! We loved every minute!!

Beachfront Home

This home has everything plus more! Updated and very clean. Two large decks that have amazing views of the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The pool is a bonus.

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Beachfront vacation

Our family really enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the proximity to the beach. The grill did not work very well for us, so we cooked indoors. They had beach chairs and plenty of toys for the kids to use in the pool or at the beach. I would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Place to Stay!

The property is outstanding. The constant ocean views, the very well-maintained property, and the proximity to so many amenities made our first big family vacation so easy. Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. We’ve been visiting the Flagler Beach area for 13 years now and we always have an enjoyable time. This house was more spacious than pictures portray, especially the pool! We spent a lot of our time outside on the beach or in the pool and it was very relaxing. We haven’t ever stayed this close to the pier, but there weren't ever a lot of people on the beach. It was nice being close to restaurants and stores while still having privacy on the beach. The house was very well stocked with everything that we needed. Overall, we recommend this house and would definitely stay again! We always look forward to visiting Flagler Beach.

Great beach home getaway

The location was outstanding! The access to the beach are steps away. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. If you can get up early enough to see the sunrise ☀️ It is spectacular. Great location for a family getaway.

Our summer vacation

House was very nice ,views were great, location great, distance to town great , the bad , pool was freezing unswimable , so we called after a few days hoping it would warm up but no , they said it was heated but not on , so they came turned it on ,but it never got warm enough to use ,we told them about the lights down there as well they said they called an electrician but they couldn’t make it during our stay , that’s sucked , our plan was to lay around pool deck and cook out all week , the lights at pool don’t work or bathroom by pool or light in pool , so couldn’t sit around at night down there , bummer , then it has a charcoal grill what is that about nobody uses those anymore , what a pain u can’t adjust heat , u have to clean it out every time nothing there to do this , u have to get charcoal ,lighter fluid , none there , so our plans of relaxing at pool swimming cooking out all week didn’t happen major let down , we started with 6 people and by Friday we had 2 people no one really enjoyed themselves not being able to use the pool day or night, and the grill was more work than anyone wanted to deal with , we really liked the house and porches , but the pool was the reason we rented it , every year we rent a house in that area painters hill , hammock ,Vilano , never had a pool we couldn’t use or a charcoal grill ,

Perfect house for us!

The house was amazing! The beach right across the street, the pool and all the extras made this house perfect for our family. Evenings on the porches was my favorite! The house had everything we needed or wanted plus lots more. Lots of places to eat and shop near by too! Would stay again for sure!

We loved everything about our stay and the house. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the ocean views. The proximity to the beach while also having the pool was ideal for our family. The house was very clean and large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. We are already booked to return next year!

Super clean, great location

2 families shared this house (4 adults and 2 teens) and it was more than enough room. The upstairs landing area was great for hanging out. We spent a lot of time on the decks overlooking the ocean. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. We bought a disposable baking pan to make brownies, but there are lots of pots, pans, and sheet trays. The pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. It is nice to have the afternoon sun on that side of the house. Would stay here again.

Great place!

We had an amazing time in Flagler Beach. The home has the perfect location. Beach chairs would have been nice to have, but overall it was wonderful. Also, there were plenty of beach towels supplied, we did not have to bring our own...that would have saved an entire suitcase (may want to update the listing on that one). Thank you!

Overall nice property with nice views.

House was nice, views exceptional, plenty of room for our family. Managers were responsive. Do not expect to use the garage for anything, including storage, it’s locked with no access. Also keep in mind it is right on A1A so there is traffic most all the time. Another thing to note is the neighbor right next door has a yapping mutt that barks non stop if you are on either porch or pool area. So if you are good with those things, it is very nice. The barking mutt will probably make me decide elsewhere next time at this price point.

In spite of hurricane

We had 3 beautiful days before having to be evacuated due to hurricane. Property managment was good for getting us info. Looking forward to next year hopefully a full week of beautiful weather.

Great beach house

Great house, great location. Pool was great (they are working on pool deck but did not impact our enjoyment). Comfy beds, kitchen was great, 2 great sitting rooms. Responsive, Had one small power issue that was taking care of immediately. Would recommend.
