The place was a perfect size for us with two bedrooms and three beds. It is steps from the beach BUT the building we stayed in was not on the beach. It is advertised as Beach view in the room description on Expedia with pictures of the beach. The only view we got was of a very busy road on one side and a trash dumpster on the other. When I mentioned this to the front desk their response was oh, yeah, right it should be described as a beach property. No apologies. Other things to keep in mind. Our bedrooms faced a busy road with traffic day and night. Quite noisy, if you are a light sleeper this is going to be a problem. Front desk is closed after 5 pm, so you do a self check in via a lockbox. Someone is available on the phone if you need help and also there is a maintenance guy (he showed up right away when we reported an issue upon checking in at 6 pm). Cancellation policy was very generous and was the reason I booked the property as our plans were not certain. I wouldn’t stay here again though for the reasons mentioned above. Unless it was in the other building on the beach which looked nice but I have no idea if they randomly assign you to a building or they not even offer the nicer one to Expedia customers.

The place was clean. It was roomie. Only problem was I didn’t get the king size bed that I booked for at a queen size bed and the mattress seemed to like sink down about 8 inches called the front desk. Somebody came out told us it was a new bed. It wasn’t a new bed

A very nice place to stay with a beautiful pool and beach in walking distance. An amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean each morning. I’m returning next year for sure.

We could not have had a better experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful, every single person I met! The location is second to none in my humble opinion. We saw dolphins every morning, two rocket launches and the beach can easily be seen from all the suites (I believe). I would book here over and over and tell family and friends to do the same. Thank you for such a great vacation!
