Despite my frequent stays at this hotel, where the staff has consistently provided exceptional service, my experience today was marred by a particularly unpleasant encounter. Upon checking in, I was assigned to the assistant general manager, Ahmed. Unfortunately, Ahmed’s demeanor was characterized by rudeness and condescension. When I asked for the manager’s business card to express my discontent, I was informed that they currently don’t have one. I intend to report this incident to the hotel owners, as it is unacceptable for a customer to be spoken to in such a negative manner.
