Front Desk Personnel's ability to clearly communicate was a major issue at check-in. Hallway smelled like a mixture of curry & sewage on the floor booked. For the price of the room; the room was small, was not maintained, and lacked several amenities. Overall, the accommodations are the same level as a 70's Motel that's had lipstick slapped on it.

First room I was checked into had an awesome mechanical noise coming from the AC unit, so I was switched into another unit. Pool suddenly closed after check-in (one of the main reasons we booked this hotel), and the hallway outside our room wreaked of weed. Staff were not particularly pleasant. There are too many other options in the immediate area to ever consider going back.

Room and public area was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We dropped our son’s blankie when we checked out. When I called the hotel Ashley answered and without a second of hesitation asked the room number and where we were parked, she put me on hold and found it immediately! She went above and beyond. It was as folded behind the desk with my name on it. Thank you Ashley! You saved the day!

Could do better

We checked in late and not already having a sheet on the pull out bed was frustrating. When asked for a sheet the front desk informed us they are being washed and wont be ready until 2am. I cant wait that long to put an 8 year old to bed. Also, not allowing a late checkout because we used a 3rd party site to book the hotel makes no sense.
