The hot tub was broke and the pool was filthy we booked this location just for these facilities let the front desk know and she told me you have to wait for it to start at 15 min false this never worked tried the next morning as well

I booked for two queens size beds. But I got a kings size with a let out couch which is so uncomfortable and I wasn’t notified until I went to my room and came back downstairs and then told me there was a maintenance problem and I had to get room and they didn’t even compensate me or nothing

The pool and hot tub were disgusting, fridge freezer smelled rotten and it consumed our food we put in there. Would not recommend this place if you're coming an hour away for just the pool and hot tub experience. $170 for just the night, it's ridiculous

We were very close to what’re had to be at 5:00 actually it was within walking distance but we drove to it anyway and got a front line parking spot and on return there several H/C places still open again we got close to the entrance. Made it very nice.

3 Incidental holds have been pending on my card statement over 6 days which is unusual. I stay at many hotels. When I called the property yesterday to ask why, I continued to get hung up on.

This is a nice holiday inn. It seems like the owners have gotten cheap. There needs to be one or two more people working. There needs to be more attention to details in the cleanliness not by the staff but instead by maintenance. The pool was green and the hot tub did not work. The door to the pool was broken. There was lots of unemptied garbage cans. We would definitely come back and I honestly think it would be naturally better

DON’T STAY THERE

The stay was bad. I would not recommend Antony to stay there. I booked the room for the kids to go swimming and me to get in the hot tub. I soccer team messed up the pool and the hot tub was out of order. It looked like it has been clean in a long time. My room was dirty hair all in the tub. The water pressure is horrible to take a long long time for the hot water to get hot. The breakfast is not good. The only good thing is the coffee. My daughter went to get a towel off the rack and it fell off I went to told them downstairs at front desk she said she was going to have maintenance come fix it them never came.

Disappointing Stay - Not What I Expected

I chose this hotel based on its high ratings and the promise of a relaxing stay with the hot tub. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, the check-in associate was lounging in the lobby, which set a poor tone right from the start. The 4th floor had a strong smell of smoke, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, the hot tub was out of order, which was one of the main reasons I booked the stay. Later that night, I was woken up around midnight by loud slamming doors, and then someone mistakenly knocked on my door four times in the middle of the night. I had been fast asleep, so this was particularly disruptive. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable and didn’t provide the restful sleep I had hoped for. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I would caution others before booking here.

Hot Tub & Miss Z

Everything was great ... EXCEPT the hot tub was closed. One of the reasons we picked this hotel... except for seeing Miss Z again. Kudos to Miss Z for making us feel like we were reuniting with a good friend.
