Enjoy easy access to everything from this updated 3 bedroom on the bus line. Close to downtown, UD, and Miami Valley Hospital. Updated kitchen with eat in area, fully stocked including a fridge with ice maker. 3 bedrooms upstairs along with beautifully remodeled bathroom make for a good nights rest. Full dining room and living room are perfect for hanging out. Nice front porch too. PLEASE NOTE: HOUSE IS ON A BUSY STREET AND PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE SIDE STREET ONLY !!!
