The hotel was clean and our room was quite spacious. I did find it pretty easy to hear others in the hallway, the alarm clock going off next door, and the highway though. The breakfast had a good variety, but the sausage was not warm. Overall, we had a good stay though.

The AC in the room was preset to 72 degrees and locked or broken. Very inconvenient for getting a good night sleep. Hot and not cool enough. Light bulb in the stand was burned out.

the Poor front desk clerk was ill equipped to check us in. He did not speak English and does not understand the hotel. He called his boss that told him to put us in 222. He gave us keys to 292. Then he was again told 222 and he gave us 220. 220 is the right kind of room but I’m sure the hotel does not know what room we are in.

Need customer service - My interaction with the manager in duty was poor - no sense of humor- rude to the point I was embarrassed - because of the price l may return otherwise I wouldn’t.

Where shall I begin. I had reserved 2 rooms. The young man at the front desk gave us rooms next to each other. At midnight-our phone rings/ they say/ this is the front desk. What is your name? They said to come to the front desk and said we are not supposed to be in that room and if we don’t leave/ he is calling the police. He kept insisting- how did we get into that room/ u r not supposed to be there. We showed him the key card he gave us, He put into the computer the wrong room- but instead of profusely apologizing / said we can go back into the room. It was unbelievable. The rudeness of this guy/ after waking us up at midnight and insisting that this is not our room/ / this guy needs to go. Not to mention some kids running up and down the hall most of the night. I suggest u find another place. It is not worth the aggravation

Great Spot for the I-70 Traveler

I had a good stay in a nice, large room with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was also quite good. Scrambles eggs, sausage, toast. There was also cereal and oatmeal to choose from. This hotel is perfectly located for the I-70 traveler, just off the exit.

I have stayed here twice with my family while attending an event at Cedarville University. It is convenient, and this year, newly remodeled! New carpet, remodeled hallways, rooms recently remodeled, very nice. Great breakfast, attentive staff.

Great stay

Staff wasn't unfriendly, but they were more occupied on their phones than welcoming and making eye contact with us while checking in. This seems to be a norm in many places of business. Our stay was great though. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location was great, we did not partake in breakfast so I cannot speak to that. My husband had the coffee and said it wasn't bad. Parking lot was well lit. Pool looked nice. I used the workout room which was great other than the 90-degree room temperature while running. I cracked the door, didn't help much, but I guess it enhanced my work out? We will stay again when visiting our daughter at university.
