Room was ok staff average the hotel overall was kinda run down the outside parking lot was not maintained snow and ice everywhere I personally fell twice asked multiple times if they could put salt down they said they had none!The owners are to cheap to buy essential maintenance items or pay to have parking lot maintained.The breakfast was powdered eggs and old sausage never open on time.Many other hotels in the area do yourself a favor stay at one of them.This hotel owner does not care about residents!

The women checking us in was extremely rude. When my fiancé would ask a question she would get extremely aggressive and rude and had a horrible attitude. the room was good, some of the lights didn’t work but nothing that affected our stay in the room. we told the women who was at the desk in the morning just to let someone know and she was very nice and apologetic. wish she was there to check us in.

Very nice room , large with a great bed ! Pool was warm enough , and Hot Tub was hot ! Nice touch with warm cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good .. nice helpful staff. I would for sure stay here again .

Amazing sleep. Beds are awesome. Pillows to die for. To the desk 3 times to get in room. Stingy with the biscuits at breakfast. Waited about an hour for them to replenish what the family destroyed before me to no avail. left to eat what they did not want. Overall I would recommend. Staff was cool.

It was a decent room. 😔 However, we did discover some bugs on the bedroom floor and in the bathroom. 😞 As a result, we just stayed for one night and then departed right away, not using the two days we had reserved. It was really distressing. 😔

Not too bad but please read for good information

The breakfast menu was okay but there is not a whole lot of options. I do enjoy the variety of shops and things to do that is around. There is a hot tub and pool, pool is decently warm and hot tub is super hot but it does feel nice. I will say the overdose of chlorine is intense and it does make your eyes burn by how concentrated it is and the smell of chlorine is really strong compared to a typical pool/hot tub. I recommend when you pay, pay through the app and not directly at the place because they take 135$ for incidentals and then do not charge you for your stay until after your stay which was a bit weird to me.
