What a gem of a hotel in the “Gem City”. The hotel is conveniently located near the delightfully reimagined downtown area, including local eateries and breweries. The neighborhood architecture has been maintain and upgraded, and this hotel fits nicely in it. The room was very comfortable with modern amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel, including the bar and restaurant located on the top floor to anyone traveling to Dayton for business or pleasure.

Great place to stay where there are many restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Initially concerned about late night noise from the really cool place next door called Pins Mechanical, but we did not hear any noise. Will definitely stay here again when we come for a Dayton Dragons game. Didn’t really like having to download an app to park in the lot across from the hotel. I would have only taken a half star off for that, but there wasn’t an option.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking. You have to download an app to self park in the unattached garage across the street. I’d rather the cost of parking be included within the booking and a spot be assigned prior to arrival for a more seamless and efficient process.
