welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom themed retreat in Davenport, FL! perfectly located near top attractions, this 1,700 sq.ft. home offers a magical stay with beautifully designed themed rooms for kids and adults alike. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and outdoor area for relaxation. Ideal for families and groups, this home combines comfort, fun, and convenience for an unforgettable vacation.

Discover the perfect family retreat in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Davenport FL entirely private and exclusive to you and your guests.

Both the master bedroom and second bedroom feature cozy queen size beds with plush linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom (kids room) has 2 twin beds themed with Super Mario bros. All bedrooms include ample closet space and their own smart TVs.
The 4th bedroom is currently an office workspace perfect for remote workers on the go. Unwind in the spacious living area, where you can relax with the family and enjoy a movie on the 85' TV. The House is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private backyard. *Note garage is locked, and not assessable*

David is a wonderful host. From the moment we booked until the time we left, he made sure that our stay was perfect. He is excellent in communicating everything we needed to know/The property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and smelled amazing! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The office had a video game machine that could be played as well. There is a TV in every room, so everyone can relax. The back porch is fully screened and spacious.If you are traveling with a pet, the back yard is fully fenced and very spacious. Our pups loved it! They had so much space to roam freely and run around. The community is quiet and gated. A very safe neighborhood. There are a lot of food options just a short distance away.David truly cares for this property and it shows. We really appreciated everything he did during our stay. We were sad to leave, it felt like home!

We had such a wonderful stay. The home was absolutely perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
