Wonderful stay! The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. There were a few things that needed updating (pool chairs for one) but nothing that detracted from the stay. As far as the starter pack: There was bar soap and 2 small toilet paper rolls for every bathroom, a small bottle of dish soap, and several trash bags and dishwasher and laundry detergent packets. There are pool towels there as well. A Publix isn’t far. We went to Universal Epic one day and it took us about 80 minutes (we left about 8 AM) and Aquatica took an hour (we left around 9 AM) to give you an idea of travel times. There was quite a bit of traffic at all times of the day it seemed, even when we left to travel home at 6 AM, so plan accordingly. Watersong itself was nice and quiet though. The community pool is under 4 feet at the deepest and has 0 entry so it’s good for little kids. Overall, it was such a fun place to stay and we loved it. We’d definitely stay there again.

Location/neighborhood was great! Neighborhood amenities, pool, hot tub were wonderful and not busy.The house felt like home. Comfy and spacious. A few updates/refreshes could be done/ deep cleaning, but overall it was good. We were there 8 nights, so certainly had to restock a few items which was fine.The only negative thing was the pool table/ping pong in the garage, we were expecting full size and it was very small, would be great for young kids.Host was very responsive and we would stay again.
Neighborhood pool, gorgeous and relaxing.

The house was very nice and plenty of room and the kids loved the heated pool. The floor was slightly dirty and we had trouble receiving the door code.

Pool Area

We could not use the pool for 4 days of our 7 days (SAT,SUN,MON,TUES) due to the fact that it was filthy dirty. I contacted the management company on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday about it and all I got back was they would get back to me. NEVER HEARD A WORD. Finally on Wednesday I got a message saying that the pool would be cleaned on Wednesday, which is the scheduled cleaning day for the pool. There was only 4 lounges in the pool area and One of them was broken so badly that we could not use it. The Lanai area could not be used because the Couch and table were infested with ants. I also addressed the ant issue with the Management Company and of course NO RESPONSE. We have stayed in many homes in Watersong over the years and have never experienced any problems. I asked to be compensated for not being able to use the pool by letting us have a late check out time, Again NO RESPONSE from the Management Company until the day before we were set to leave. They wouldn't do the late check out. The Management Company was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and I hope the OWNER will be notified. We also asked to be refunded some money for the inconvenience but yet AGAIN NO RESPONSE.

Stay at Watersong

Overall it was a lovely house. I enjoyed my stay however just need the hot water to be a little more warmer because it got cold really fast, other than that it was a great stay.

Traffic was a problem

The house and community were great! Traffic in the area is terrible and caused us to budget much more time to get to our destinations. Line up at gate was sometimes time consuming. Patio furnature needs upgrading.

Nice villa!

We booked this villa at the last minute as we had problems with the hotel we were staying at. We have stayed in a few different villas at Watersong and again this was a great villa; large, nice pool and hot tub, has everything you would need.
