We did not receive an email two hours prior to check in so we sat in the driveway for over two hours with VRBO trying to connect with the owner whom lives in Britain. The main TV was 20” so watching playoff football or TV at night was brutal. One toilet flapper had to be lifted manually or the toilet would run on, the main entrance to the pool was broken so had to go through a bathroom, no safety rail to hold on to getting in and out of hot tub area or pool. The home was spacious and clean. Mattresses were soft. No Keurig of coffee filters provided. Just not a great VRBO experience to be honest. The price was ok so I guess to get what you pay for

While the house was gorgeous...they advertised a HOT tub that was not nor did it ever get HOT. We did not pay to heat the pool and that is probably the reason. The kitchen faucet needs attention. Very difficult to shut water off...the filter faucet sent black stuff out...needs a cleaning...we purchaesed water to be safe....the vent in hall showed black lint/dust...needs a good cleaning. We paid 150 to rent a grill that had no working temp gage so food burned and one burner did not work...and they did not have metal utensils to cook with so we had to purchase them. We had enough room and space for our family of 5...and the area was close to the venues we wanted to visit but a few details should get tweaked moving forward. Would give a 4 out of 5.

The management company is not helpful and their story changes all the time. The pool doesn't heat but they kept telling me someone was there. We stay at the house one day all day waiting and no one showed up. Yet the told me he had already been there. I would never rent this property again and strongly recommend no one else does either. As for the management company void them at all cost

Home base for spring training

Stayed for five days to watch high school spring training baseball in the area. Location was great. House was perfect for two couples plus. Much better than staying in a hotel. Very relaxing and comfortable. Was able to take care of some work with the wifi and tables etc. thank you sommuch

Nice but needs refreshing

To be more accessible for seniors needs at least one higher toilet and definitely pool stair rail and hot tub hand rail. Need to change to firm mattresses.

We Had a Great Stay at Retreat at the Crossings

We were visiting Legoland in January and wanted a house relatively close-by. Retreat at the Crossings was a great find. The house was spacious, clean and only about 35 minutes from Legoland. Master bedroom was big and comfortable. Other ensuite was nice and the two "kids rooms" with twin beds worked out well. Kitchen was nice and was well stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery. We all loved the games in the garage. We would stay there again.

Disappointed Thanksgiving

My family and I was thinking we was going to have a great time for Thanksgiving the food was great.But having fun in the pool was not great. A paid to have the pool heated. But the water was warm.Contact manager several time nothing was done about it. Ask for refund for the pool not heating. A was deniedTwo of the bathroom was not clean. There was water running from under the refrigerator that was told to the manager nothing happen.I had to keep mopping it up. So please be aware of this property. Think twice.

Great service and property

Absolutely beautiful home, pool, hot tub and games room were such a great feature for all. Whenever there were any uncertainties, the process and service to rectify were always met. The only thing I’d suggest to improve the experience would be replacement of mattresses as they seemed to have reached its life span in the comfort department. Opt for heated pool if travelling during cooler seasons like we experienced. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet as well. Beautiful stay had by all.

Fantastic property - but bring essentials to stock!

Fantastic property. Just be aware that there's an extra charge for heating pool and the place is bare bones stocked with essentials. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc if you'll be staying over 2 nights. I also recommend bring or buy an extra towel or 2 if you'll be using pool in a big group. That said, the property is gated and in an awesome quiet location. 30 min to legoland only!

Nice get away

The property is well maintained even though the decor is dated. I regret not paying to heat the pool but I had no idea it would be that cold. It’s so much better than a hotel. Well worth it.

Great Vacation - Disney/Universal

This place was very very nice and my daughter and her best friend really enjoyed them self in their own private pool. This was better than being at home from the time we walked in. Thanks for everything. Hope to use again. Not a complaint but if you can get a bigger tv for living room. We had a movie night after Universal Studios and it was small to watch. But still over all I give it a 5 stars. Tabitha
