Each bedroom has an AC. The AC in the Living and Dining Rooms are deactivated to keep the rate low. The open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area provides plenty of room for entertaining. One bedroom is downstairs, and three are upstairs along with an upper level living area that provides a quiet nook for conversation or to watch TV via streaming.
