I ordered a 35,000 shilling pizza from pizza hut, I handed over 40,000 to the hotel staff and he didn't give me back my change, when I asked him about my change later, he said that he forgot to get the change off of the delivery driver. Swimming pool not working either and that's the main reason why I booked in the first place
