A little bit dated however it is well maintained and very clean. A fair walk in to town but a pleasant walk alongside the river and handy for the station. Nice reception staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design feels like an older grand hotel but everything is well maintained and had an older cozy feel to it. The staff were wonderful, even helped me to book a taxi and gave a lot of advice and information about the area. The receptionist knew great english and was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also right outside of the Jando trail which is absolutely worth a visit (especially at night).

Don't miss Danyanggang Jando Trail.

Located outside city center yet easy access to city bus for Gugyeong market, Sobaeksan NP, etc. The Danyanggang Jando trail starts just outside the hotel. It is well lit at night with music softly playing makes for a surreal experience with the lake under your feet and the cliff to your side; extremely advisable.

Location friendly for foreigners

Great location and interesting little town. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit far from Town Center but many local buses. Great access to The Cliff Walk and Skyview.

If you're not looking for fancy amenities, but you do want fantastic customer service then this place is for you! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you so much! The breakfast is fine and the rooms are clean and tidy. Just don't expect a heated toilet seat or a shower curtain. Also they have the best air con we've had in Korea! It's in a decent location 15 minutes walk from the sky walk monorail. There are frequent buses into the centre of Danyang and restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Recommended! :)

Excellent value

Although the decor is dated, it was extremely good value for money and clean. A simple free breakfast was provided which was a real bonus. Nothing to complain about at the price.

Old hotel, but clean. The staff was helpful, the hallways were cold, but the rooms were warm. Windows were dirty so the view is blurred, close to the walking trail but long walk from the downtown market area. Overall, a good experience.

Nice Hotel in Danyang

This hotel is only a short taxi ride from the Danyan train station. It's also one of the landmark of this area. The view from the room was very nice, probably to come back here in Spring to see the cherry blossoms. A nice walking path (just opposite the hotel) along the river to admire the beautiful autumn colours and only within 15 mins can reach the Danyang park. The room is spacious and comfortable and the front office staff are helpful and most can speak English. This hotel provide simple breakfast but good enough.

Nice Place

Great place, well looked after, though for us Westerners, the futons were a shade too thin. The food was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
