2 bedroom home on Lake Douglas, perfect for fishermen! Close to all attractions!

This cozy two bedroom one bath cabin is named "The Fisherman Cabin" because for over 50 years we have had generations of fishermen stay in this one! Each bedroom has 2 queen beds, there is a fully stocked kitchen, a living room area, a bathroom and a screened in porch on the back for relaxing and listening to the crickets in the evenings.

This rental has a gas grill, fire pit, smart TV's in all rooms and on the porch, free wifi (no password needed), a launch ramp, fully stocked store and restaurant on-site! We also offer boat and golf cart rentals onsite as well!

Fishing is allowed from the banks surrounding the marina! We are located about 30-35 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and are located about a mile off of I-40.

We would love to have you spend some time with us here at Swann's Marina and Campground!
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a travel crib. Change of towels is available on request.

Stayed one night . Place was ok, took a bit to figure out heat and get it working. Flooring was warped it seemed and very uneven in bedrooms. Overall was ok for what I needed. Wouldn’t stay longer there.

Douglas Lake Fishing Trip

The cabin had nice few of the lake and it only took few minutes to load and unload the boat. The park was very quiet and everyone we met were extremely friendly. The staff at boat dock went out of their way to not only be helpful but really friendly. The views of the mountains on the lake were incredible. I will come back and stay here next year it was a very enjoyable trip.

Great Cabin

The cabin was alot bigger then expected which was great cause there were 7 of us and we really enjoyed the view of the lake but its not directly on the lake the screened in porch was a nice plus and the tv on the back porch! It was very peaceful and our kids loved it as well we would definitely recommend to friends and will be coming back!
