All of the above and a lot more. Not one time did anyone clean my room bring clean linen take trash NOT ANYTHING PERIOD. Hotel smelled like straight MARIJUANA on every single floor i could smell it the whole time i was there which was 4 nights. NOBODY WAS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK. hallways loud doors slamming people drinking smoking marijuana all hours of the night up and down hallway. Worst experience of my life and yes i will contact the corporate office. Straight unprofessional

The staff was AMAZING!! The room very clean, food was Delicious although the last day the pancake machine wasn't working 😕 but I will definitely lwt my family know that when visiting The Colony they need to stay there!! When I rerurn in June I will definitely be staying there again! Heather, Renee, and all the Wonderful staff treated us like family!

Hotel staff were great...very polite and helpful. My room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was average hotel buffet. Only 3 stars because water just dribbles out of faucets and only gets lukewarm. Can't evev fully rinse a toothbrush and never feels like shampoo is out of your hair. Iunderstan
