The parking garage was very tight and at least 5 vehicles had been broken into when we arrived (back windows were busted out). Once checked into our room, it smelled like smoke and felt like a motel. The lobby is updated but the sleeping rooms were bad.

Don't give them your credit card!!!! When you check in they ask for and swipe your credit card in case you want to charge something. When I checked out there was a charge on my card I didn't make. I called them and they redirected me to another department and I still haven't heard back from them. I have a feeling someone is stealing credit card information. It's a good location. It's right by the freeway so you won't have a problem getting around. I had no problem checking in. The lady was friendly and courteous. The lobby was nice, clean, and spacious and the bar was well stocked. The restaurant had only a few items and was overpriced but that was ok since there are other places to eat close by. I was under the impression that breakfast is included for 2 adults and 1 child but I saw that the breakfast cost around $20.00. I think that you have to get a voucher for the breakfast to be included. If that is the case, they should tell you that at check in. The hotel is outdated. It was a nice room. Clean and spacious but the walls are thin. So thin that you can hear every word of the people in the next room carrying on conversations. The toilet was loud and took a long time to fill up. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were really soft. The views are nice, depending on the floor you're staying on. The television lost signal a few times but that was during a storm. In all, it was a nice stay but I wouldn't recommend it.

My shower head did not work so I had to use a hose. The bathtub did not drain so I stood in water in a slippery tub. Ugh The phone did not work to call. A lamp is bent so hard it was falling over. The couch in the room was simply disgustingly dirty. The staff. So rude at every stop. Check in she was dismissive. Asked the bartender for silverware and he walked away. I stood there for a over 5 minutes and motioned to him, he so rudely said. Go to the kitchen. Dang Went to the kitchen. I tried to just grab utensils and this man stopped me and said. What are you doing? Yikes. I stated I needed silverware for my room he said, he would bring some. So mean. It was 11 minutes later and he brought me a plastic fork. I said. I need silverware for what I’m eating, he told me I could not take anything to my room. This is not the first time my stay at this location had the rudest staff. Whether I need a stiff drink or food. I am treated like a bother. I will request my crew and I not stay at this hotel anymore.

Sink didn’t drain, toilet paper holder broken, no free breakfast, no free parking, no complementary coffee on weekend, could clearly and loudly hear conversations from next door room🙁
