It wasn't a bad place it was close to the At&T Stadium which was walking dstance. They do need to mow. We brought our cornhole boards just to hang out and play but we had to play in the weeds. We had 5 people so it would of been nice to have more than two patio chairs to sit in as well new lights cause they didn't work and had water in thm

Front of propery was clearly photoshopped, boarded up houses all around and very questionable neightborhood. Cockroaches alive and dead in the house. Smelt like mold. We didnt feel safe to stay so, we left 2 hours after arriving.

Functional and Efficient

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the home, and we especially appreciated the clean, soft bath towels and bedsheets. It was cold outside for our stay, and while the heater worked fine, the tile floors throughout made it feel cold inside. Some simple floor rugs in the bedrooms and living room would be a great touch for added comfort and aesthetic.

Clean and met all our needs

The house was clean and met all of our needs for our 3 day trip. We were traveling to Globe Life and the entertainment area, it was close to get there from the house. The neighborhood fine for us.

Cons: Home could use blinds on the windows & not just navy sheer curtains. You can’t let light in and have privacy. So lighting isn’t great inside. Only kitchen had good lighting. Bedrooms need ceiling fans. Home only has 1 old ceiling fan in the living room. Master bedroom was stuffy at night even with ac on plus you could hear outside noise. House had a musky smell that bothered us. Pros: Property was clean & outside was cute. Backyard area looked nice with patio table and BBQ grill along with hanging lights. Walking to ATT stadium wasn’t to far. Maybe 7 blocks. If just woman walking back and forth at night might want to Uber or drive.

Many nice things about this property. Kitchen and supplies were well stocked. Host's instructions were clear and with timely responses to questions. Luxurious and plentiful bathroom towels. There is only one bathroom and the master bedroom is not adjacent to the bathroom. The kitchen appliances work well with the exception that the ice maker is not functional. However, we understand that ice trays will be provided.

Small town feel

We came into town for the Cotton bowl and Cowboys game. We rented a car, so the commute to the stadium was ten minutes. The neighborhood felt safe, we walked each day and ventured out to the little shops and restaurants that Arlington had to offer- very small town feel, we loved it! Would recommend this VRBO for a family or close friends.

The house was clean but very small. Living room seating was very limited and the dining room only seats 4. No kitchen pantry we had to keep all the food on the counter. No sponge in the kitchen for washing dishes. But overall it wasn’t bad. Beds were very comfortable. Daybed was wobbly.

DO NOT Stay Here!

First of all, owner allowed rental of the property knowing he had plumbing issues in a property that only has one bathroom. He waited until after I had paid to relay information about a plumbing appointment during my stay! That was far too late as toilet overflowed the first night. Owner refused to provide services for clean up of feces or to even provide a mop! So the towels you will be using were used to clean up the mess. When asked for compensation he simply says the plumber fixed it which is also untrue as toilet continued to leak water all over the floor after plumber came during our stay!

Nice house and great location

House is nicely appointed. The location is great if you are attending events at AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Field. Quick access to I-30 makes trips into Dallas or Ft. Worth easy as well.
