Room was clean , bed comfortable . Couch need to be replaced and pillows go flat as soon as you put your head in it but there was plenty of them. Gym was nice with plenty of equipment to get a full workout. Close to plenty of places to eat and shop.

False advertising

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle service. Made the reservation and then called immediately to set up a pick up time. They said they do not offer after 11:00. Asked to cancel because the hotel could not offer what was advertised. The hotel said I had to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com called the hotel and Travis said he could not cancel. Text book example of a breach of contract.

Don’t forget anything when checking out!!!

I left a phone charger in the room upon checkout and when I called to see if housekeeping had turned it in they said no. I was told they would have either kept it or just thrown it away. Ridiculous! Never have I left something at a hotel and it not have been turned in. I’ve even had hotels mail me items that have been left behind.
