Your website is very misleading, it appeared you had an indoor pool, only upon further clicking did I realize it was an outdoor pool. The ice machine on the third floor wasn't working. The breakfast was good. There were other loud guests. Quiet time was supposed to be between 10:00pm and 6:00am- there were loud people above us all night. there wasn't a smart TV- this is 2025 come on.

I did not receive the room that I specifically booked due to my physical disabilities. I booked a room with a walk-in shower with a seat and paid a higher price for that room configuration. Instead, I was given a room that was wheelchair accessible, which had a bathtub with a bulky removable seat. I was not physically able to use that setup and therefore had to go without bathing for my entire stay. Absolutely unacceptable and I should get a refund for the extra cost I paid for a room setup that I didn't get.
