Clean room. The shower could have been a little more detailed with the cleaning. But overall comfortable stay. Breakfast was not complimentary. Staff was very helpful, pleasant and courteous.

It stared at check in, where I had to flag down the front desk attendant from the back office where she was on the phone dealing with a personal matter. The room I stayed in was run down and out of date. She informed me that they only had one room left (no problem, I had only reserved one) and before she handed me the key she wanted to go upstairs to make sure it was clean as she was not sure. I was showing up late at night, so I'm not sure what the solution would have been if it wasn't clean. She returned to inform me it was clean, but upon arrival to the room, I had my doubts. Most notable, there were two windows on one side of the room. The black out shade for one of them was being held up by a pair of needle nose pliers that had been duct-taped together to act as a clip (and this had to be pulled off to get the curtain to roll down) and the other window was missing the dark out shade entirely, allowing for a nice early morning sunrise to flood the room and wake you up if you wanted to be or not. Overall, the hotel needs a refreshment and was generally dirty and run down. Combine this with the expensive buffet breakfast and it was an all around less the optimal experience. With all the options in the area, I certainly won't be staying here again.

The hotel was very convenient to DFW airport. Shuttle was great! The staff were friendly and so nice! Room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. There was a restaurant in the hotel and several others within walking distance. I will definitely use this hotel again when stopping over night from the DFW airport.

The stay was good, the check in took longer because there wasn't anyone at the desk for 10 mins. The room did not get cleaned while we were gone and the snacks and drinks did not get replenished, only one bed got made and one trash taken out. The hotel staff were nice and the breakfast was good.
