Property needs major updating. The headboard in the room has a 10" spot that was worn out. The bathroom shower tiles had grout missing and the tiles were worn. Hallway had cuts in wallpaper and molding/trim was worn! Staff was GREAT!

The staff in the amenities was absolute amazing…. But the rooms are clearly dated, had a stale smell, the world’s most uncomfortable beds, and no one had stayed in our room in quite some time. The coffee, drinks, and snacks in the room were expired. I would not call this a luxurious hotel based off the room alone.

No parking for paying guest on property, got scammed into valet with surprise charges. Rooms could be nicer & not well maintained. Front desk was not very friendly.
