Great Stay

We stayed here for a month for my MIL had knee replacement surgery. This was great house for her recovery. One level house. The bathroom was a bit of a challenge for her. The shower in the master was small and the other bathroom was a tub/shower combo. Anil was amazing he brought in a recliner for her and added a TV in the bedroom . Probably the biggest compliment would be because the house backs up to a very busy road it was extremely loud on the back patio and at night and early morning in the Master Bedroom. Might want to bring a sound machine. The kitchen is not stocked up with enough essentials for a long stay. For A short stay it’s adequate. They seem to be remodeling and I think when it’s done it will be perfect. Loved using the hot tub almost every night. The front lawn is in need of a lot of TLC. We would differently stay here again. Anil is an amazing host and does go out of his way to make your stay comfortable.

FCS stay

The place was very nice and communication with the hosts was great! They were very accommodating. The house is very minimal with staples, spices, kitchen towels etc but overall it was good and we’d definitely stay there again. Located in a good neighborhood and very close to all our needs! Great hot tub also.

Great stay!

Our family came to Dallas for a week and really enjoyed our stay in this house. The location was the best part, easy to get to everything. Everything is as described in the listing and the hot tub was a welcome indulgence at the end of the day. Thank you for a great time!

Great house for a family gathering

This was a great house to spend our family Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable the appliances were all new and worked well. The area was fantastic with lots of stores nearby. The host was responsive and the listing was accurate. I highly recommend it.

Good family space options

We found the set up of bedrooms to be perfect for our family stay visiting son/grandsons. Host was most generous in purchasing a crockpot(which we used often) when I inquired if there was one available prior to our stay. The ONLY thing not so great was not havig propane tank for gas grill. We grill outdoors often & one of the reasons we chose the home. We actually ended up borrowing a friend's tank instead. Grill was not clean but was easy to correct. Charcoal grill available and used too. Pantry is locked so we used the empty cupboards for storage. Could have used more dryer sheets for laundry too. Home worked well for our needs. Thank you

Beautiful home, great location

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. The home is clean and well-kept, with everything we needed. For our stay, the location was great, as it was close to other family whom we were visiting, as well as close to lots of restaurants and services, including The Legacy area. Breakfast at the Sunview Cafe nearby is a must! The check-in process was great, and the owner communication was wonderful. Thank you!

Ideal location for various attractions

While the primary reason for our trip was a golf tournament at PGA Frisco, we were never more than 30 miles from attractions such AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and the Dallas Zoo to name a few. The area was also a very quiet location to get much needed rest as well. If my travels bring me back, I will definitely be looking to book here.

Fantastic Property in Great Location!

Anil and the property were fantastic. The location is in a great place, you don’t have to travel more than a mile to fine great food and activities. The property itself is well maintained and the check in process was seamless. Anil checked in multiple times to make sure everything was up to par and remained available should we need anything. Can’t go wrong with this property!

Brief but worthwhile

I hadn’t made reservations before using VRBO although my wife has. Once I understood the check-in process it easily accommodated our late hour and somewhat unpredictable arrival time. I would suggest that the host provide some instructions for using the “smart” thermostat. Its operation wasn’t exactly intuitive if you’re not familiar with it.

Thanksgiving 2023 in Dallas

We loved it. The house looks just as posted. The location (The Colony) was perfect and convenient to shopping, groceries and activities with the family (and adults only)! We encountered a quick issue with the front lock, but Anil answered the call and immediately remedied the issue (that only occurred once). It should also be noted that the kitchen was absolutely well-stocked with the basics.

Definitely a thumbs up!

For us, location was important as this property is close to main arteries that can get you anywhere quickly & easily. The listing represented this open-concept house accurately. We cooked nearly all our meals for 6 days, played hours of cards with our teenage grandkids, watched countless movies, and celebrated Christmas. The large kitchen that was well stocked with appliances & utensils, the separate area with a great dining table, and living room with huge TV was perfect. Having 4 beds PLUS a sofa couch gave everyone their space. Our host, Anil, was extremely responsive from day 1 - that and the cancellation policy really sold me. We were not disappointed. Would I stay again….ABSOLUTELY! Thank you, Anil, for making our 2022 Christmas with our son and grandkids memorable!
