Great communication and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Directions were through and easy to understand parking was a little confusing but we figured it out (Google Maps was just as confusing). Parking entrance is on the backside next to the Hilton. The unit was clean and nice. Location was great! Great Mexican restaurant across the street (UNO Mas). The towels were very small and thin as was the blanket on the bed. Bathtub was very slippery and we both almost fell. Overall great place and we would definitely recommend it and we would rent again as well.

This is an exceptional property managed by an exceptional host. We had difficulty coordinating our visit with family in DFW, yet, the host was unwaveringly patient, kind, and accommodating despite ALL of the many logistical ups and downs that we threw at him. When we finally arrived at the property, we were stunned by the property's expansive size, whimsical urban elegance, comfort, cleanliness, and unrivaled city views! This was a truly special Christmas, largely because of the location and the unique environment this VRBO provided: One morning we were serenaded by a woodwinds concert in the park below us; one afternoon we strolled to the DMA and were awed by world class art. We were able to frequent Italian groceries around the corner for authentic (and surprisingly affordable) charcuterie/ante-pasta, Panettone (including gluten-free!), and stocking stuffers, walk to coffee shops and bakeries in the mornings, and work-out at the rooftop gym. Further expanding our kids' life-experiences, we decided to try all modes of public transportation to visit the many parks and shops in downtown Dallas and the surrounding retail stores. And when we needed our car, we enjoyed the reserved parking spot in the adjacent garage. This was truly a memorable Christmas in an exceptional place to enjoy our urban adventure. I could not recommend this property nor this host any more highly!

The room was spacious and lovely. Bed was very comfortable. The parking spot for the room was very convenient. The only complaint we have is the shower head was covered in rust and lime. Definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Elevators went down for HOURS, had to go up and down 18 flights of stairs. Host never responded about it. Place needed to be cleaner, the air duct was COVERED in dust and dirt. Random hairs found in bed and all Over the bathroom upon check in. Threw an empty pack of cigarettes in trash that was found in the hall, then we were accused of smoking in the apartment. Not a good experience.

We were very happy with our stay. This is a spacious 1 bedroom. Even the bathroom is large. It was clean and cute and all the amenities you could need, including a washer and dryer. The trickiest part was parking for the first time. You have to go up to the apartment and get the key to be able to access the garage BUT if someone is with you they can wait on the curb in front of the building while you gonuo to the apartment and get the key. It only took me a couple minutes. Very worth the little inconvenience to have a reserved parking spot. I didn't have to contact the host because everything was as advertised and and the instructions given beforehand were all we needed.Will definitely consider another stay here.

Great Location

Great location. The actual unit is very nice. The place is good for a long-term stay, and the host very is nice. I would suggest being clear about your housing needs (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, maintenance, number of towels needed, etc.) upfront. The house is not set up in those ways. But the kitchen is well stocked! Plenty of space.

Our daughter competed in a four day volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. It was nice to have a place with more room and a kitchen to cook meals in. We would stay here again.

Great condo to explore downtown Dallas

Convenient location surrounded by lots of dining options. Communication with the host was outstanding. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. Condo is spacious and has great views. Would definitely choose this unit for future stays.

Safe building

The entrance is a bit hidden and getting around to the parking garage was a little bit difficult but was fine once inside. The apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay. But were nervous to explore because of the dense population of unhoused in this area.

Wonderful restaurants in walking distance, easy access to the DART train made getting back and forth to American Airlines Center for the concert very convenient as well!

This apartment was a great space to serve as my home base during a six-day conference in Dallas. The apartment was immaculate, it was easy to get in, and, while I didn't use the free parking or pool, those are added bonuses not typically available in a big city. Thanks for a great stay!
