Friendly and accommodating staff. Location was good for work related purpose. Comfortable bed and large room. Requested to change room upon arrival due to construction outside my window and staff was helpful. New room was very quiet, which was great.

The hotel have cockroach infestations. My hotel room had lots of roaches. The one lady at the breakfast serving was rude and unwilling to help. They had drinks in the room which they never mentioned to us was for purchase and my kid touched them and it was billed to us by forced. Also we booked this hotel so my kid can swim just to be sent by staff to the pool that they know is not functional. My kid was crying there dissapointed that we were not told pool was broken.
