They refused to acknowledge i had already paid for the hotel, then charged me mich more than the rate advertised. The water only works part of the time. All rooms comnect straight to the lobby, so there is very little privacy. The building looks nothing like the pics and is bombed out. The entrance is a dark unmarked stairwell on the side of the building. The door is surrounded by debris and beggars. One employee even accused me of taking money from them, stating her count was off last night and she gave me too much. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I will be fighting hard for a full refund as soon as I return home. After a couple days of their shenanigans, I packed my bag and walked down the street. I found a superior hotel for a fraction of the price within a block or two.
The actual hotel is only the story with the sign on it.
