Convenient and Fun

71 has several fun amenities, good for families-pool, hot tub, and two game areas with a pool table, air hockey poker table and foosball. Also has a nice cottage with a large screen tv for movies or sports. Walmart is very close as is Dahlonega Square with lots of shops and eating areas.

Dog smell

The house was nice. The only problem was we walked in at home you can smell dog hair and smell that dogs have been in the house. The smell was strong. Did not like that and will not rent that home again

Family time

Took advantage of GA College student and FL high school students out of school by sight seeing the Dahlonega and Helen areas. This home is located perfectly! Plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy time together and still have privacy. So many options for the kids in both game room areas. We will be back!

Great location and lots of sleeping space!

We had 8 women stay 2 nights. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great and the location was in walking distance to the downtown square. Everyone said the beds were comfortable! The hot tub was amazing and we had a great night sitting pool side with the outdoor lighting. Very relaxing and would stay there again.

Great house and location

This house was wonderful for a weekend stay with extended family for our daughter's wedding. It had everything we needed to accommodate us including a Blackstone grill for a large family breakfast on Friday. The hot tub and game room kept the kids entertained. Would highly recommend if you need a place for a large group in Dahlonega!

Nice Getaway

Perfect spot for our ladies getaway to visit local wineries and enjoy hanging out. The house was very clean. It’s a little on the rustic side. While there wasn’t a cozy spot in the house for us all to gather, we loved hanging out in the little guest house, and we thoroughly enjoyed the covered porch and the pool. Check-in/out process and communications were excellent. The Dahlonega area is beautiful!

Perfect Vacation Home

We absolutely loved this property! Everything was clean and in order just as listed. We enjoyed the game room and pool/hot tub, and the location was just perfect. Highly recommend it for any group, but the house is perfectly set up for kids/teens to have their own space.

Wedding Week Getaway

My little sister and her fiance wanted to do a trip with the wedding party to celebrate before they tied the knot. This house was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was more than spacious enough for the 13 of us, and it was clean and the hosts were attentive. We enjoyed watching movies, playing games, and the short drive to downtown Dahlonega. I will be recommending this place to any large group who wants to visit the area!

Terrific getaway

From booking to final checkout this home was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4-10. The house had more than enough beds for everyone. It was nice to have bedrooms upstairs and below the main floor because some people stayed up later than others. Kitchen was well stocked. The game room and pool/ jacuzzi provided hours of fun. We were in a great location for the short ride to Consolidated Mine Tour and then 1/2 hour to Amicoloa Falls. Quick responses to my questions. House was clean and exactly as described. This is a great home to rent.

Girl's weekend getaway
