My stay at Richico Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel right at home. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable vacation. I especially loved waking up early, walking just a few minutes to My Khe Beach, then coming back for a fresh, flavorful breakfast with local dishes and good coffee. What I liked most was the location — tucked inside the An Thuong neighborhood, close to everything yet still peaceful at night. It’s the kind of place where you can really relax, enjoy Da Nang, and feel connected to the local vibe. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Da Nang. Highly recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay at Richico, just a few steps away from beautiful My Khe Beach. The location is perfect — right in the An Thuong area, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and local services, making it super convenient to explore Da Nang. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend Richico to anyone looking for a cozy hotel near the beach with great service and a warm atmosphere.

Richico over Tet

Unfortunately this was not the first time we have encountered this in our bookings through hotels.com in our travel us over the last month, but the room we actually got (a triple with 3 twins instead of the Jr suite) was not at all like what was pictured on the site and the hotel was completely booked. The partial sea view was a sliver of water between buildings and the balcony was shall and narrow, trip people couldn't stand side by side on it and no seating. The room did have a Kitchenette and a washer (bonus) but the server/sofa was not present. The staff were eager to please and help but the language was a barrier with most employees save for one a at the desk. Housekeeping came early each day before 10am when we were still on the room, so we never had our room cleaned for a 3 day stay. There were small flies/LG nats everywhere in the stairwells (annoying). The pool and view looked better that expected, but we never got the chance to go in (small and a few loungers on the deck around). Breakfast was only until 9, and always a mad house. The food was tasty and the were primarily asian options and special Tet dishes, but they make eggs to order as well. I never got to have any fruit it was always gone as soon as it was brought out. Usually had to wait for fresh food to be added to empty buffet chafing dishes in order to get a chance to try them. The beach near the hotel is fabulous! One of the bests along the huge stretch! You can walk for miles &/or rent a chair.

Its very close to everything, including the beach, renting the bike or food. We enjoyed our stay.. Extremely friendly kind staff. Great big spotlessly clean rooms near the beach. Can not fault the hotel at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Richico staff. The wifi is very good all around the hotel

Good position

Air-conditioning was set at17 but never cooled the room. Very hot and uncomfortable. They said it worked but there was not even gentle breeze coming out of the aircond duct. Rooms in rear building had split system and worked well.

Not worth it!

This is more of a long term apartment building, where service is mediocre and the amenities in the room consist of two bottles of water. If you're looking for tea or coffee in your room, or extra towels, you'll need to pay for them. I think people want to help, but their hands are tied from management or owner's lack of giving anything to a guest and no one could speak English enough for us to have our breakfast needs met or questions answered at the front desk. Everyone in the surrounding shops/restaurants seemed put out and even angry to serve people who couldn't speak their language. The ONLY impressive thing about this stay was the beach -it's not good for swimming at this time of year (red flags=no swimming), but it is very clean and one can play in the huge waves all day!

DIDN'T MAKE BED ETC. OUR ROOM STILL NEEDED GROUTING AND TILES TO COMPLETE IT PRICE $66.00 USD PER NIGHT IS TOO MUCH TO PAY FOR THIS ROOM AND POOR SERVICE

Great location for seeing the real Ho Chi Minh

Great location away from western areas but close enough to see te sights. Food close by, markets close by, staff had limited English however could communicate. The breakfast was not very good but was adequate. I would stay here again

Great for families

Had a good stay at Richico. I tried two different rooms - the room for 2 was average; the apartment with 2 bedrooms was great though. It was perfect for a family, with a small couch, a small electric stove and even a washing machine. I would recommend if you are traveling in a group! I had the chance to try their free breakfast as well. On the Sat & Sun, they had a vietnamese buffet spread, pretty good I would say, for a hotel of this standard. On Fri & Mon, the breakfast was ala carte (you choose from 4 different breakfast set) - so might be a hit or miss depending on the day...

Half Block from Beach

Pros: Half block from beach. Great/Friendly services from staff. Newer hotel. Cons: Got bedbug bites all over my body from either the mattress or down comforter? Summary: if you don't mind the bedbugs, overall a great hotel.

Best people I have ever seen and felt in Richico

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Richico Apartment and Hotel. The staffs are very warm and friendly. During my stay, we received a free birthday cake as surprise for my dad. It was very nice of the staffs there to do so. If I travel to Da Nang again, I will definately stay in this hotel again. Hotel is only less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than one minute to many restaurants and cafe surrounded the hotel, it also has beautiful nice view of the town and beach. I strongly recommended to stay in this hotel with the good price and services.

Nice hotel near the beach

Nice staff, great location, perfect room with mini kitchen. You can buy fresh seafoo with cheap price and cook by self. A little bit far away from Han market and con market but there's a small market nearby.
