best to avoid this hotel

checkin wasn't great i booked partial sea view room they tried to give me a cheaper room. waited 30 mins for the room i paid for to be ready. the room had a connection door to the next room with a very small bolt. easily opened if u push the door hard. zero sound proofing. i could hear every word the people in the next room said. I asked for a room change was told the hotel was full. i had booked for two nights but left after the first night. to another hotel. no refund for the second night was offered

First they didn’t find our reservation, in the text about the room, there is place for 5 persons, we got 2 gueen beds. Ask for more towels and they told us was not included. No toilet paper. The location is good.
