I've been several times to Da Nang and stayed in all sorts of hotels / Airbnb. This is by far the best place I've experienced. My room was very large, with 2 huge windows that provide plenty of natural light and a cute balcony overseeing a calm street. I noticed right away how clean the apartment was. From the counter tops to the bed sheets, you can tell the cleaning process is very rigorous. The decorations and the furnitures are simple and modest, but the room feels very cozy. The mattress is on the hard side, but I slept comfortably every night. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good water pressure. The only downside is there is no bathroom fan. The AC unit is very effective and the kitchenette is a big plus for people who wants to cook light dishes. Finally, there is daily house keeping (which is rare nowadays) and they ลตill change the shower towel every day. This hotel is run by a family and they are the nicest people I've met in Da Nang. From the early communications for the check in to the daily operations, they are always ready to help and they are responsive to all of your questions, requests or even if you need traveling advices. Miss Phuong and her brother both speak perfect english, so I've always felt safe and understood. They also rent motorcycles / scooter at a very good price. This neighborhood is so charming. 5 minutes walking from My Khe beach, a local market just at the back, several local restaurants nearby, and much more. Highly recommended!
