Great property in location away from noise but walkable. Around 500 metres from Town centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. One of the manager, Henry extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Helped with tour packages and got me good rates.Will recommend this property to everyone.

We stayed for 5 wonderful nights here. 20mins slow stroll to Hoi An ancient town. However quiet a distance away to the An Bang beach.Staff are excellent especially Mr Minh and Henry as they are always smiling and helpful treating you like friends.Breakfast was good especially the omelettes. A good recommendation if you are coming to Hoi An.

The staff in the hotel made a big difference, very helpful and courteous. Henry is a very honest person, always trying to get the best deals for you in terms of taxis, restaurants, etc.

Pleasant stay

Though a litttle bit far from the ancient town, it's ok to have a small walk there by 15mins. The swimming pool is large, room is tidy with balcony, breakfast was good, staffs were friendly and got close with us, overall the service was great. Really had a pleasant stay and an unforgettable year-end trip there.

Incredible service

Our first impression of Jade Hotel was, ‘wow’. We were very impressed by the staff’s customer service. We were greeted by a staff member who brought us fruit and juice and sat down with us to go over amentitiesnat the hotel and a map of the local area. It was a great start to our stay. The room was a bit small, but we had space for our bags, so it worked for us (2 people). We loved having the balcony and enjoyed many nights sitting outside. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. We loved having the pool there and bikes we could rent from the hotel. Throughout our stay, we were constantly interacting with the hotel staff - every one of them were polite and engaging. They knew our names, helpednwitj airport transfers, always greeted us with a smile. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay!

Phenomenal place to stay in Hoi An, the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my Southeast Asia travels. Very friendly staff, big & clean rooms, nice pool, you can rent bikes, great location in between the town and beach. Highly recommended.

Great hotel- Great staff

The best hotel I have stayed in for the price I paid . Spent 14 days in a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff went so many extra miles to ensure I enjoyed my holiday. The breakfast was amazing with a greeting such as " have a great day then my name' with my omelette or whatever I ordered daily. How is that for personalized. Eating and drinking at the hotel was affordable and the food was comparable to anything at the local restaurants. The service starts with a welcome email on booking. They organised my transport to and from the airport and my tours at great rates with no issues . Location is between the old town and the beach . Easy walk to the old town and small cab fare to the beach. They upgraded me during my stay as I requested a pool view if possible which was an added bonus. The pool is great and kept clean as the everything else at the hotel. Great water pressure and hot water, air conditioning worked well and even a few drinks in the bar fridge at reasonable prices. Can't fault the place or service for the amount I paid. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to return for another visit . I want to see how that baby grows after it joins the world Sally. Thanks for making my stay memorable and wonderful.

this is a small hotel with a cute little garden pool. the staff here are great. we had an early flight out of danang so were going to miss breakfast that is included with the stay. So they cooked us up breakfast and packed it up to go for us.

Great hotel - amazing staff, pool and quiet locale

Me and my friend stayed for three nights. We were warmly welcomed with fruit and juice after which Henry on reception gave us some local tips and information. The room was perfect for the price and the only let down was the low water pressure, although this seems to be similar to other hotels so not really a downside. Breakfast could be ordered from the menu: we had sausage and egg, followed by pancakes. Good range of local and international foods, with a selection of bread and fruit from a buffet table. The pool was fantastic and a real pleasant space to unwind by. The staff, especially Henry, were brilliant and were always keen to chat and find out about our days. It is located around a twenty minute walk away from town or a short five minute trip by Grab or taxi For the price we paid this was an excellent find. Would highly recommend.

Good hotel made great by its staff

We stayed here 4 nights and would definitely come back. It's fantastic value for money. It's about 20 minutes walk to the old town but we enjoyed the walk and also being able to escape the chaos. The swimming pool and garden are lovely. Breakfast was also good. The staff are fantastic and make this hotel a great place to stay.

Excellent service in a really good hotel.

The Jade Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Hoi An. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the main part of the town which suited us as it meant we could have a nice stroll into town before dinner and also we could ride the cycles the hotel has for hire $1 to the beach. The hotel is in a very good condition our room was great for what we paid. The staff couldn’t have done more for us both in terms of our stay at the hotel and helping us organise our transport to Hue. Overall excellent service in a really nice hotel.

Lovely staff members made the stay very enjoyable

Great value hotel stay, the best part is the staff as they really can't do enough to make you feel welcome. The pool is great. The distance to the centre of the old town is about a 20 minute walk but that is not necessarily a bad thing. You can cycle to the nearby An Ban beach in about 10 minutes which is worth doing. The only slightly negative points are the creaky bed we stayed in.

Great hospitality!

We booked the hotel and received an email from the hotel the next day stating they were happy we booked their hotel and if there was anything they could do to let them know. Sally is the Sales Executive and is absolutely wonderful! She arranged a car to pick us up at the airport in Da Nang and bring us to the hotel for $16 (paid when we checked out of the hotel). When we arrived, Jessie brought us a cold drink and fruit, showed us a map of the area, and provided suggestions on things to do and see. We rented motor bikes for $6 for a day and rode to Marble Mountain (beautiful!) and then to the beach. Traffic gets pretty crazy in the evening, so we parked the motor bikes and walked about 15 minutes to the Japanese Bridge and had dinner along the river. It was beautiful! The next day we walked to the beach (about a 40 minute walk) and hung out at one of the many restaurants along the beach. Then we took a taxi back to the hotel and walked to the Gioan Cookery for a cooking class (it was fantastic!). We had left our cell phone Sim card at a previous hotel. Sally called the hotel and arranged to have it sent to us. She made several calls and followed up daily on the status. The other hotel dropped the ball, but Sally continued to follow up on it even after we left and kept us informed by email. I contacted our cell phone company and found out they offer free replacement, so we let Sally know to not worry about it anymore and thanked her for all her attentiveness. Love this hotel!

The best.

I accidentally booked a room with a double bed and didnt realize it until the hotel sent me a confirmation/welcome email. I emailed back asking if i could pay extra for a bigger bed and they upgraded us for free! The pool area is awesome with comfortable day beds and poolside service. Breakfast was free and awesome. The people were incredibly helpful with booking tours, very friendly and very nice. I really can't believe how good of a deal this hotel was. Dont let the low price scare you away. Awesome place to stay.
